By downloading or using Revimo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to all versions of Revimo, including the free version and Revimo Pro.

Revimo is a personal archive application that allows you to save WhatsApp statuses and profile photos to your device's local storage. Content is saved by sharing it to Revimo via the Android Share menu.

Revimo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.

You may use Revimo to:

• Save your own WhatsApp statuses and profile photos
• Build a personal archive of your own content
• Use Memory notifications to revisit your own past moments

You may not use Revimo to:

• Save, reproduce, or distribute other people's content without their consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app

Revimo Pro is available as a monthly (€2.99/month) or yearly (€19.99/year) subscription, processed through Google Play Billing.

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

Revimo, including its name, logo, mascot (Revi), design, and code, is owned by Giuseppe Grande. All rights reserved.

Content you save using Revimo remains your own. We claim no ownership over your saved photos, videos, or any other content stored in your local archive.

Revimo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from app malfunction, device failure, or any other cause.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revimo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for Revimo Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Revimo at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
